| How Do I Get Started? |
| Just request a quote and fill out the quote information form as completely as you can. (If you are not able to fill out the form completely, MSINC sales will contact you to discuss your project and help you). Submit the form and it will go directly to MSINC sales & engineering. |
| Please Attach your 3D part file(s) or 2D drawings or sketches to the quote request form. |
| Your quote will come to you by email within 1-2 working days for small to medium size quotes (1-9 parts) and 5 days for large (10+ part) quotes |
| When you are ready to order, send us your purchase order and we will invoice you for a deposit payment (if tooling is required) to "kick-off" your project. |

| After My Order Is Placed? |
| A MSINC sales engineer will formally open a project and begin working with you on your project. |
| If tooling is required for your parts, tool steel will be purchased for your mold and the build process will begin. |
| During the mold building process you will be receiving pictures of your mold and updated timelines showing our progress on each step of the build process. |

| When Will My First Sample Part(s) Ship? |
| Rapid prototypes ship within a few days |
| If your parts required tooling, we will run "first-shot" samples from your mold as soon as it is completed and our quality department will qualify the parts against quality information we have received from you at the start of the project. When we anticipate that the samples will meet all of your expectations, we will send them to you via priority delivery. |
| After you receive the "first-shot" samples and confirm that you are completely satisfied with them, we will run your production parts. We will invoice you for the second tooling payment at this time. |

| How Do The Finished Parts Arrive? How Long Will It Take? |

If we are shipping you finished production parts, packaging will be well suited for protection of the type of parts.

| Delivery time will vary depending on each project, but most molds are completed within 4 to 8 weeks. shipping transit times will depend on which MSINC facility we are shipping from and what method you ask us to ship, and how many finished parts we are producing for you. but, most transit times range from 1 to 3 weeks. |
